  • Yes, we provide complimentary delivery for all local rentals within 25 minutes of our location in Mendon, MA. For deliveries beyond 25 minutes, an additional delivery fee will apply.

  • Yes, professional setup and takedown services are included with all tent rentals. Our experienced team handles everything from initial installation to final removal, ensuring your event space is properly prepared and safely restored. For tables and chairs, setup service is available for an additional fee—just let us know your preferences when booking.

  • To ensure safe and secure installation, the installation site must be on grass or soil that is level and free from any obstacles. We cannot proceed with setup if the area contains debris, or low-hanging branches that could interfere with the tent structure.

    For your safety and our equipment's integrity, we cannot install tents in areas with underground systems. This includes irrigation/sprinkler systems and septic tanks or leach fields. As the client, you are responsible for identifying and informing us about the location of any underground systems on your property. It's essential that you guide our installation team to an appropriate setup area that avoids these systems.

    Before our arrival, please ensure all site requirements are met. This includes:

    - Confirming the ground is level and obstacle-free

    - Clearing the area of any debris

    - Identifying safe zones away from underground systems

    - Ensuring adequate clearance from trees and branches

    Important: If our installation team arrives and finds these requirements are not met, we may need to postpone or cancel the installation for safety reasons. This could result in additional charges and rescheduling delays. We maintain this policy to ensure both the safety of your event and the integrity of your property's systems.
